Business model

1. Platform fees on staking, mint, Rumbles entry, Arcade buy-ins, raffles, and tipping — already collected, already on-chain.
2. Onboarding fee — ~$2 per project, anti-spam, covers gas.
3. Whitelabel — branded deployments with per-tenant treasuries. Partners share 20–50% of platform revenue, depending on investment tier. Two tenants provisioned, revenue routing tested.
4. Chain foundation partnerships — 23 chains live, each one a grant + co-marketing conversation with that ecosystem.
5. Code / IP licensing — open to discussions on selling rights to the underlying stack, full or partial, to the right strategic partner.
